Northern Lights Party Fashion
by: Krista Blaes

The Northern Lights are a thing of mystical beauty, sometimes comprised of subtle colors, other times an explosion of the bold and bright. I agree some caution should be heeded when selecting the right look for this occasion.

I recommend you look to nature to guide your fashion choice by wearing a suit or dress slacks in indigo, midnight, or navy to create the perfect backdrop. Then, let your shirt, tie or both, bring the colors of the Aurora Borealis to life. Look for fabrics with a sheen or subtle color shifting weave. Or make a statement by wearing a trendy velvet blazer in a silver gray.

By replicating the canvas and colors of the Northern lights, you?ll be sure to maintain the proper balance.
