Cocktail Party Themes
by: Krista Blaes

The easiest cocktail party theme would be a destination party such as a Hawaiian luau, Mexican Fiesta or tour of the Orient. The location will make it easy to select drinks, snacks and decor. You could send guests a passport invitation.

Have a decade theme such as the 1920's. Convert your party space into a speakeasy club with Jazz music and low lighting. Have guests wear zuit suits and flapper dresses. Setup some tables with playing cards for entertainment.

Try a tv show theme such as Mad Men, Survivor or True Blood.

Or if you are interested in something more elegant, try a black and white theme, wine tasting or night in Paris.

Your options are endless and no matter what theme you choose, your guests will have a wonderful time.
