Housewarming Party Favors

For my sister's housewarming, I am going to make gingerbread cookies in the shape of a house (decorated) so that each guest will have some to carry home. Each cookie will be bagged with a cute little ribbon around the top. Also, each will have a special "thank you for stopping by".
