Golf Outing Party Theme

I'm in charge of my companies golf outing and want to have a fun theme in order to raise sponsorships and attenedance. I need to stay away from any of the decade themes, but other than that is open for anything. This is an annual golf outing with 2 flights, so the theme needs to pull it all together.
