Glow in the dark

Everyone comes dressed in white clothing, preferably OLD white clothing. There are purple and/or blue neon lights in the venue and everyone has to get fluro paint splatted on them. There could be a booth where the paint splats happen but everyone has to do it. AND also, a huge banner set up for everyone to put a hand print and their name. All night everyone will be glowing in th dark, so fun :)
