Class Reunion Ideas

Welcome To Our Class Reunion Ideas page.

If you are looking to host a party that is sure to go over well, check out the tried-and-true party ideas below.

Simply click on one of the themes below for all the decorations, costumes, game, and party drinks ideas, as well as printable invitations.

Decorations & Favors

Welcome your guests with a personalized class reunion sign.

An outdoor picnic, pool, or beach party is a fun, casual get-together. Decorate with beach balls, sand castles, and novelty items such as pink flamingos.

Decorate with plenty of pictures from high school or college, including class activities, sports, teachers, and graduation.

See our 60's, 70's, and 80's decade theme party pages for more era appropriate party ideas.

Costumes/Dress Attire

You can personalize school name or year t-shirts at a local printer, and have guests wear them to the class reunion. You can also choose beach party attire.

See our 60's, 70's, and 80's decade theme party pages for great costume ideas.

Games & Activities

Wear name tags with your school picture, and have classmates see how much you have or haven't changed. Cut out photos of old teachers and have a name guessing contest.

Have a trivia contest with different facts from your class, including personalities, hometown, memorable events, etc.

A scavenger hunt is another great party activity. Scavenger hunts take guests into different locations, hunting for selected objects, people, or locations. It’s a lot of fun and gets all guests involved. Check out these scavenger hunt party plans for easy party planning.

A karaoke contest with decade appropriate music is lots of fun and gets everyone laughing.

Music

Play party music from the era such as 70's disco or Punk 80s.

Food & Drink

You can purchase picnic paper goods in your local party store, or are available here.

See our theme party recipe cookbook for thousands of recipe ideas.

We also recommend the delicious Secret Restaurant Copycat Recipe Cookbook with recipes from Applebee’s, Cheesecake Factory, Red Lobster, Benihana, Olive Garden, and many other popular restaurants.

Here are a couple of sites that have a good selection of free drink recipes:

idrink.com
drinkoftheweek.com

Drinks can be served in fun light-up mugs.

Invitations/Printables

You can also create your own invitations by drawing picnic or beach party themes or are available here.

See the following collection of free theme party invitations.

I recommend the Printable Party Invitation Creator that allows you to print over 300 unique printable party invitations, including theme party & birthday party invitations, birthday cards, party games, puzzles, and much more.

I hope this helps spark some fun ideas for your upcoming class reunion. Happy reminiscing!
