Chinese New Year Party

We had a potluck style Chinese New Year Party. We invited 7 couples and each one brought a main or side dish and we provided the dessert since we were the hosts. For the party favors I had each couple email me a copy of the recipe of the meal they would be bringing and I made a small cookbook for each couple to take home. That ended up being a great idea because everyone during the meal was loving the food and asking about the ingredients and cooking directions. It was a fun suprise for the guests.
