1st Birthday Pool Party Ideas

I have an 8 month old baby girl that I am trying to plan a party for in about 4 months. I have a pool party reserved but I would like to see if you would have any cute ideas for a theme and how I could go about decorating and maybe some games. There is going to be a lot of children there and a few teenagers and adults. If you have any helpful ideas please contact me.
Thank you so much

Pool party ideas

Try a day at the beach for your theme.

Inflatables are a very inexpensive and fun way to decorate a party. You can even send your invitation on a deflated beach ball or a pair of flip flops.

Have small inflated pools at the party and fill with colorful beachballs. Guests can take them as parting gifts so you have little clean up and they will have a blast playing with them too.

Have an activity. Provide small plastic sand pails and the ingredients for earthworm dessert. they can have fun making and eating the yummy concoction. You can provide gummy worms, chocolate rock candy, graham cracker sand and more.

Having a cake decorated like a sand castle would tie in nicely.
